Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c cold water
  • 1/2 c dark rum
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil

Method

  • Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan.
  • Combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in large mixing bowl.
  • Blend well for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until cake springs back.
  • Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  • Turn out onto foil large enough to cover the cake when glaze cools.
