Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1/2 c dark rum
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
Method
- Sprinkle nuts evenly in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan.
- Combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in large mixing bowl.
- Blend well for 2 minutes.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until cake springs back.
- Cool in pan 15 minutes.
- Turn out onto foil large enough to cover the cake when glaze cools.
