Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Season -All
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- meat
Method
- Mix the first 6 ingredients; brush on meat.
- Layer and brush on each layer.
- Layer meat in an airtight container; marinate for at least 8 hours.
- Dry in a dehydrator or in the oven at 110° for 8 hours.
