Ingredients
- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 4 lb. potatoes
- 2/3 c. olive oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
- After sealing, shake to make sure the potatoes are completely covered.
- Empty bag into a greased 13 x 9-inch (or larger) baking dish.
- Garnish with pepper and parsley, if desired.
- Bake at 450° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
