Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen green beans, thawed, drained
  • 26 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)

Method

  • Cut 1/4 inch off top of garlic head, leaving papery skins intact; discard top.
  • Place garlic head on sheet of foil; drizzle with 1/2 tsp.
  • oil.
  • Wrap in foil.
  • Bake 30 min.
  • Cool.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slip roasted garlic from skins into large bowl; mash to a paste.
  • Add sour cream, cheeses and mayo; mix well.
  • Add beans; stir to evenly coat.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix cracker crumbs and remaining oil; sprinkle over bean mixture.
  • Bake 25 min.
  • or until heated through.
