Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 lb), leaves removed.
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Method

  • 1. Preheat over to 450 degrees.
  • 2. Cut the cauliflower through the core into 6 wedges.
  • 3. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
  • 4. Lay cauliflower wedges on baking sheet.
  • 5. Lightly brush both sides of hte wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Roast about 20 minutes, until the sides that touch teh pan and the edges are golden brown.
  • 7. Serve 3 wedges per person.
