Ingredients
- 1/2 medium cauliflower (about 1/2 lb), leaves removed.
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Method
- 1. Preheat over to 450 degrees.
- 2. Cut the cauliflower through the core into 6 wedges.
- 3. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- 4. Lay cauliflower wedges on baking sheet.
- 5. Lightly brush both sides of hte wedges with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Roast about 20 minutes, until the sides that touch teh pan and the edges are golden brown.
- 7. Serve 3 wedges per person.
