Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1- 10 3/4 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2/3 c water
- 3 c biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick)
Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet until cooked thoroughly, breaking into small pieces; drain.
- In a bowl, combine soup, cheese and water.
- Add biscuit mix and stir until well blended.
- Add sausage. Place batter into greased muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
