Ingredients
- 4 strip bacon
- 1 head cauliflower
- 12 oz. linguine
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. drained capers
Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Place bacon, then cauliflower, in large jelly-roll pan; roast 35 minutes or until browned.
- Cook linguine as label directs.
- Drain.
- Toss in pot with tomatoes, capers, bacon, and cauliflower.
