Ingredients
- 2 sweet peppers
- 1 cup brussel sprouts
- 1 russet potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 pinch Italian seasoning
- 2 pinch onion powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a bowl mix
- Make sure before you add the potatoes they are chopped.
- Also make sure the peppers are too
- Make sure everything is throughly mixed than place evenly on a baking sheet
- It takes 40 minutes for it to cook through.
- Or until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked
