Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
Method
- Blend cream cheese, margarine and sugar.
- Add vanilla and salt.
- Blend.
- Add some milk, if necessary, to spreading consistency.
- Goes deliciously with carrot cake.
