Ingredients
- 1 slice rye bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 ounce feta cheese (Sliced)
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Beat egg in bowl.
- Cover bread on both sides with egg.
- Place bread in skillet until lightly browned.
- Place bread on plate.
- Drizzle olive oil over bread.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Serve with a slice of Feta Cheese.
