Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. roast
- 8 medium carrots, cut and sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 (10 oz.) cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Method
- In large roasting pan combine beef, carrots, onion, mushrooms and soup.
- Cook at 350° until beef and carrots are tender, about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
- Best served over egg noodles.
- Makes 6 servings.
