Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs, with 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 large can milk, chilled
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Method

  • Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  • Mix jello in boiling water.
  • Add pineapple.
  • Combine the two.
  • Whip milk until holds peak and fold in mixture.
  • Cover bottom of large pan with crumbs and pour mixture over crumbs.
  • Sprinkle crumbs on top.
  • Chill several hours.
