Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. cracker crumbs, with 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 large can milk, chilled
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Method
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Mix jello in boiling water.
- Add pineapple.
- Combine the two.
- Whip milk until holds peak and fold in mixture.
- Cover bottom of large pan with crumbs and pour mixture over crumbs.
- Sprinkle crumbs on top.
- Chill several hours.
