Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 box vanilla pudding (prepared)
Method
- Melt together butter in boiling water.
- Add flour and salt all at once.
- Stir.
- Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each until smooth.
- Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° until golden brown and puffy.
- Remove from oven and split. Cool on rack 10 minutes.
- Spoon prepared pudding into middle of puff.
