Ingredients
- 2 lb. round roast
- salt and pepper
- onion
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 c. rice
Method
- Flour roast and brown both sides.
- Remove roast and make gravy.
- Put roast back in deep covered skillet; cook until tender. Add onion, tomatoes and garlic.
- Simmer for half hour.
- Cook rice separate and serve with gravy and roast.
