Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) boxes mini Ritz crackers
- 2 c. salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
Method
- Stir crackers and peanuts together in large baking dish.
- In heavy saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, sugar, and corn syrup.
- Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Boil 5 minutes. Pour over cracker mixture.
- Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool on wax paper.
- Store in tightly covered container.
