Ingredients
- 1 pkg. rigatoni
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
Method
- Prepare rigatoni according to package directions. Melt margarine.
- Add flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Do not brown.
- Stir in milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
- Cook until smooth and thickened.
- Pour sauce over hot rigatoni and mix gently.
- Sprinkle peas on top and place in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
