Ingredients
- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter or oleo
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3 Tbsp. instant minced onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dill seed
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Method
- Drain cottage cheese in sieve.
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Mix all ingredients well and let rise in same bowl until doubled. Work down with spoon and transfer to 2 oiled loaf pans.
- Let rise again.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
