Ingredients
- 2 medium size cooking apples (1 1/4 lb.), chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Yields 4 cups.
