Ingredients
- 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 large box Cool Whip
- 3 c. cooked rice, cooled
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in
- hot water. Set aside to cool.
- Add pineapple to cooled
- rice. Add
- Cool
- Whip,
- nuts and Jell-O. Put in slightly
- buttered dish.
- Refrigerate until congealed. Cut in squares and serve.
