Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 5 slice Bacon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 generous amount Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 Salt and pepper
Method
- Add a pinch of salt to a pot of boiling water.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil for 40 seconds to a minute!
- * Do not over boil and drain in a sieve.
- Finely chop the bacon and garlic.
- Pour a generous amount of oil into a pan and fry the bacon until it is brown and crispy.
- Add the garlic.
- When the garlic is fragrant, add the broccoli.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the flavours to blend and it's done!
