Ingredients
- 4 large yams
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 oz. bourbon
- 1 c. toasted, chopped pecans
Method
- Cook potatoes for 35 minutes; mash with butter.
- Beat in the remaining ingredients.
- Put half potato mixture in a greased casserole.
- Add half pecans, rest of potatoes and then the rest of the pecans.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
