Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- dash of pepper
Method
- Combine rice, tomatoes, eggs and tuna.
- In a small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over salad and stir until well mixed.
- Chill.
