Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. apricot jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 container Cool Whip
Method
- Mix jello, boiling water and cream cheese; let congeal (in freezer, 30 minutes).
- Add pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Stir well and refrigerate.
