Ingredients

  • 6 figs
  • 200 g crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 sheets palma ham
  • 20 drops balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Cut figs from the top stem to half way down with your knife; make sure you only go half way down or they wont stand up!
  • stuff with blue cheese and wrap in the ham to reform the fig
  • bake for 10 mins at 170>oc or until cheese is melted.
  • in the centre of a plate drizzle with remaining juices -- lovely stuff!
