Ingredients
- 6 figs
- 200 g crumbled blue cheese
- 6 sheets palma ham
- 20 drops balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut figs from the top stem to half way down with your knife; make sure you only go half way down or they wont stand up!
- stuff with blue cheese and wrap in the ham to reform the fig
- bake for 10 mins at 170>oc or until cheese is melted.
- in the centre of a plate drizzle with remaining juices -- lovely stuff!
