Ingredients
- 1 c. raw rice (when cooked it makes 3 c.)
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 egg
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Grease a
- 12-inch
- pizza
- pan.
- Mix cooked rice, sharp cheese and eggs real good.
- Press mixture in pizza pan, making a
- high ridge all way around pan. Cook sausage until brown and crumbly. Mix soup and oregano. Spread over crust. Arrange rest of ingredients
- on
- top, adding Parmesan on top. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
