Ingredients
- 2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/2 to 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Drain juice from one jar of artichokes into skillet.
- Saute onion and garlic in juice.
