Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 c. raw rice
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and make balls slightly larger than walnut.
- Place in baking dish.
- Pour can of tomato or mushroom or celery soup and 1 can of water over the meat balls and bake slowly 2 1/2 hours in 350° oven.
- Makes 18 meat balls.
