Ingredients
- 2 lb. crawfish or 2 lb. shrimp
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Put oleo in rice cooker and turn on until oleo melts.
- Turn off again, then add all ingredients into rice cooker and stir well.
- Cover; cook for 15 minutes and then stir.
- Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
