Ingredients
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz. jar cheez whiz with jalapeno
- 2 packs of frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Cook rice and broccoli until tender. Do not salt anything. Saute onions and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 11 x 7 inch casserole dish. Let stand in refrigerator for 12 hours. Bake on 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
