Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt (Morton light salt)
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed lightly
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Method
- After adding all ingredients, simmer and stir often until fairly thick, almost like ketchup.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Brush on ribs and chicken when barbecuing.
