Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels or chocolate
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. roasted peanuts
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Method
- Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
- Stir to blend.
- Add peanuts and noodles; stir until well covered.
- Form little clusters on waxed paper.
- Let sit to harden.
