Ingredients
- 20 oz. frozen rhubarb
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 small pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 20 oz. frozen, sliced strawberries
- 20 oz. can unsweetened, crushed pineapple
Method
- Boil rhubarb in water and sugar, stirring until soft.
- Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add strawberries and crushed pineapple.
- Pour into mold.
- Chill at least eight hours.
- Serve with fish or meat.
- Serves 6 to 8.
