Ingredients
- 1 3/4 lb. rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. strawberry preserves
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. pecans
Method
- I use 3 cups of rhubarb and 3 cups of strawberries (fresh or frozen).
