- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 14 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
- 2 tablespoons red maraschino cherries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 cup M&M's plain chocolate candy
- M&M's plain chocolate candy, chopped
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well.
- Fold in M&M's.
- Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups and freeze at least 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped M&M's.
