Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- rhubarb
- pie crust
Method
- Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cinnamon together. Fill pie crust 3/4 full of rhubarb.
- Pour mixture over.
- Bake at 425°
- for 15 minutes.
- Continue baking at 350°
- for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
