Ingredients
- 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 c. diced rhubarb
- 5 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 12 Tbsp. Carnation milk
Method
- Mix all ingredients; pour into pie shells.
- Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350°; bake 30 to 40 minutes longer, until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
