Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 c. raw rhubarb
- red jello
Method
- Mix first four ingredients together.
- Pat half of crumb mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Cook next three ingredients until clear.
- Add raw rhubarb.
- Spread on crumb mixture.
- Sprinkle some red jello over rhubarb mixture.
- Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.
- Bake 45 minutes in 350° oven.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
