Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, split and toasted
- 8 slices corned beef
- 1 c. sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- honey mustard
Method
- Spread muffin halves with mustard; top with beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
- Place on a baking sheet and broil until cheese melts. Cut each muffin into quarters.
- Makes 32.
