- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until well blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Serve with cold boiled shrimp, crabmeat, lobster or tomatoes.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
