Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until well blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Serve with cold boiled shrimp, crabmeat, lobster or tomatoes.
  • Makes 1 1/2 cups.
