Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1/2 tsp diced shallots fresh or dried
  • 1 hot sauce, to taste
  • 2 tsp Creole mustard (If you can't find this in the store, use a bit of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce with Dijon style mustard)

Method

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • The longer you let it sit, the more the flavors come together.
