Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon celery salt
- 18 teaspoon garlic
- 1 speck nutmeg
- 12 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 12 ounces water
Method
- Mix meat seasonings, bread.
- crumbs,owater and onion.
- Form into 24 small balls, roll in flour.
- Brown in hot fat.
- Add soup and water.
- Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
