Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/2 c nuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp flour
Method
- Beat eggs until light and add sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Beat well with mixer.
- Add nuts and coconut.
- Pour over first mixture and bake again about 20 minutes at 350°.
