Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled (about 4 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
Method
- Roll potatoes in butter, then in bread crumbs.
- Arrange potatoes in baking dish; drizzle with remaining butter.
- Heat 10 to 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Let stand, covered, 4 minutes before serving.
- Yields 4 servings.
