Ingredients
- 6 c. sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 c. sliced green pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Mix the last 4 ingredients to make a syrup and pour over the combined vegetables.
- Store in a gallon glass jar and refrigerate. Ready to eat in 24 hours.
- Will keep 1 year in refrigerator.
