Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. red currant jelly
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. ginger (powdered)
- 4 to 5 dashes Tabasco
Method
- Salt and pepper chicken.
- Melt ingredients together until liquified.
- Marinate chicken overnight.
- Place chicken in buttered casserole, skin side down.
- Baste with the marinade often.
- Turn and continue to baste until chicken is cooked and richly glazed. Cook at 375°.
