- 3/4 c. orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- In a shallow baking dish in a 350° oven roast a 2 to 4 pound boneless pork rib end roast for 20 minutes.
- Baste with mixture. Continue to roast, basing occasionally, 20 to 30 minutes more, until thermometer inserted reaches 155° to 160° or until done.
