Ingredients

  • 1 large can Dole pineapple tidbits
  • 1 small pkg. cooking tapioca pudding
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • water
  • 2 small cans Dole mandarin oranges
  • 1 small pkg. cooking vanilla pudding
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries

Method

  • Drain juice off fruits to even 3 cups; may need to add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water to even the 3 cups.
  • Put fruits in a bowl and set in refrigerator.
  • Pour into small saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and add packages of pudding.
  • Stir constantly until thick.
  • Pour into a medium size dish or bowl.
  • Set in refrigerator until cool.
  • Stir in pineapple, oranges and slices bananas (best to add bananas the day you are serving the fruit salad).
  • Top with maraschino cherries.
  • Enjoy!
