Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, flaked
- 1/2 c. salmon liquid
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Drain salmon, reserving the 1/2 cup liquid.
- Mix all ingredients in a loaf pan.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
