Ingredients
- 1/6 Cabbage
- 10 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Miso
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame paste (or ground sesame)
- 1 White sesame seeds
Method
- Microwave the cabbage for 1-2 minutes to soften.
- Finely julienne the cabbage and shiso.
- Mix the mayonnaise, miso and sugar together.
- Squeeze out the moisture from the cabbage, and combine it with the seasonings, along with the shiso.
- Mix well to finish.
- Top with sesame seeds if you'd like.
