Ingredients

  • 1/6 Cabbage
  • 10 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame paste (or ground sesame)
  • 1 White sesame seeds

Method

  • Microwave the cabbage for 1-2 minutes to soften.
  • Finely julienne the cabbage and shiso.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, miso and sugar together.
  • Squeeze out the moisture from the cabbage, and combine it with the seasonings, along with the shiso.
  • Mix well to finish.
  • Top with sesame seeds if you'd like.
