Ingredients
- 2 (1 1/2 lb.) snapper fillets
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
Method
- Place fish in center of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Mix margarine, lemon juice, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pour over fish and make tent of foil.
- Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Open foil and add wine; reclose and bake 10 minutes.
- Open and allow to bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until done.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon.
