Ingredients

  • 2 (1 1/2 lb.) snapper fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Method

  • Place fish in center of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  • Mix margarine, lemon juice, parsley, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over fish and make tent of foil.
  • Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Open foil and add wine; reclose and bake 10 minutes.
  • Open and allow to bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until done.
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon.
